With the expansion plan in the hostels continuing, we are looking for a manager to grow the hostel and accommodation business. He/she will work with the reception team including hostel leads to bring operational efficiency and maintain the high-level of customer satisfaction.
Working conditions and remuneration
- Salary (Plus stimulation connected to performance after 6 months)
- Company mobile phone, Laptop
- 3-month probation and subsequent permanent employment
- Annual performance review with possible salary revisions/bonus upon completion of 1 year. (Every January)
Skills required :
- Ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction
- Managing day to day reception duties
- Leading the team of other reception staff
- Overlooking cleaning and maintenance staff
- Managing and controlling cash registers while on shift
- Working to improve the hostel for guest and staff alike
- Leading the team of other reception staff
- Overlooking cleaning and maintenance staff
Skills required :
- 2 years’ work experience, preferably in accommodation industry.
- Striving for excellence attitude
